Social Committee

Nature and functions

The Social Committee is an advisory body of the Board of directors. Its role is to represent the interests of patients affected by DAO deficiency, at who the activities are aimed, and to advise the Society on the needs and concerns of the patients.

Likewise, the social committee has the aim of suggesting the Board of directors to carry out all those activities that it considers relevant to patients affected by DAO deficiency.

Composition

The Social Committee is composed of natural or legal persons designated within the different associations of people affected, representative groups of the same and among other groups which, in the judgment of the Board of Directors, represent and defend the interests of persons in whose are focused the purposes of the Society.

Become a member of the Social Committee

Prior to the application for membership to the Social Committee, you should be member of the International Society of DAO Deficiency, if you are already member, please, send an e-mail to info@deficitdao.org supporting your request of membership.
