Board of directors
The International Society of DAO Deficiency is managed and represented by a Board of directors integrated by a minimum of four and a maximum of fifteen members, who are associated members. Those associated members who develop a remunerated activity for the Society cannot be part of the Board of directors.
All offices on the Board of directors are non-remunerated.
They are appointed and removed by the General Assembly, and are appointed for a 4-year term of office, notwithstanding the possibility of being removed at any time by agreement of the members in the General Assembly that represent at least 66% of the associated people.
The Board of directors members can be reelected, once or several times up to a maximum of 12 years.
