The General Assembly<\/strong> is the supreme organ of government of the International Society of DAO Deficiency and it is integrated by all the associated members and the President and Secretary of the Board of directors appointed by the Assembly at the beginning of the meeting.<\/span><\/p>\n

The meetings of the General<\/strong> Assembly are ordinary and extraordinary.<\/span>The ordinary one takes place once a year within the first six months of the closing of the financial year; extraordinary meetings will be held when necessary once the President, the Board of directors or a tenth of the members agrees to do so.<\/span><\/p>\n
